I simply want to share that the language "accident" is outdated and the new accepted terminology to use for car incidents is "crash". We don't call plane crashes accidents, nor should we for cars. Doing so minimizes the reality that there was a cause and thus can be a fix. Every car crash happened because of some confluence of events, never an unavoidable and random accident. This language is supported by Broward MPO. Thank you.
