Has any thought been given to appointing a de facto board member who is a resident of Park East and County Club Estates. I understand that the Ordinance states that board members have to be a property owner or resident of the district. However, I feel that having an interested person of the board would be benficial, especially with all the new and re development occurring and poised to occur in the district.
