    Good evening,

As a resident of the area, I oppose Flex and/or Consolidated Flex for Plantation Acres. Plantation Acres, as a Special Public Interest District, should be exempt from Flex and/or Consolidated Flex in order to protect its rural nature from overdevelopment. I moved to Plantation Acres 12 years ago for the open spaces and do not want to see those open spaces disappear.

    Thank you,

    Good Evening

In order to maintain the rural integrity of Plantation Acres as a Special Public Interest District( SPI-1 Plantation Acres, Rural District, Sec. 27-591 ), it is imperative that The Plantation Planning & Zoning Board , City Council , Mayor Sortal and Residents work together to protect this area from future OVER DEVELOPMENT by permanently removing Plantation Acres from the future use of "FLEX Zoning".

    Thanks

In regards to Flex/Reserve Units..... As per our City of Plantation’s Municipal Code, Subdivision B. - SPI-1 Plantation Acres, Rural District, Sec. 27-591 designating Plantation Acres as SPI-1 (Special Public Interest District ) Plantation Acres should be exempt from Flex. This topic has been previously discussed with City Officials and we were advised this would be part of the future comprehensive zoning changes. Thank you.
