    I am deeply concerned about the proposed Baptist church expansion on 28th Court, which includes a two-story building with classrooms, a basketball court, and 400 bleacher seats. This development is incompatible with the residential character of Plantation Acres and would increase traffic, noise, congestion, and activity levels while potentially impacting property values and residents’ quality of life. I urge careful consideration and denial of this project.
