I hear a lot of concerns about traffic in this community, so I think it's worth mentioning that sidewalk connectivity (and non-automabile infrastructure in general) are a great long-term solution to that. There are a lot of people living and working here, and those people need to get around! If we allow them to run basic errands on foot, by bike, via transit, etc, then there will be fewer cars on the road. And that's better for everyone - even people who like driving!
