I am OPPOSSED because it circumvents the voted upon approval process currently in place, undermines the City Council voting process, ties up City resources costing taxpayer funds, negatively impacts the residents who will face their permits/projects set aside/delayed while special treatment is being given to developers. And Plantation Acres was asked to hold up on discussions of being exempted from Consolidated Flex until the Comprehensive Plan was addressed but now we are discussing this?

Finish fixing Flex/Reserve/BD before priority assignment of it

PZB and City Council are when the public speaks. Bad idea to move past Council even at developer risk. If changes are requested by council wouldn't permit applications and fees need to be resubmitted? This could backfire/add costs to projects including AH

Additional incentives: skipping PZB and Council, and hence the residents? No! Would love less waivers, variances, conditions, rezoning, LUPA, etc. but this skips important steps
