This current agenda item is a request to authorize the expenditure of $70,025.00 for Large Pier Improvements. I do not find any definition of the improvements indicated or that the public has been involved in this decision. I am uncertain about the process being employed for this approval. I respectfully request that this item be pulled for discussion and that the authorization to award the bid is voted down and placed on hold until additional facts are gathered and presented.
