    The minutes state that "Meeting disrupted at 5:29 p.m. due to hackers using vulgar language and displaying pornographic
    images." What happened was that a graphic, close-up view of a vagina filled the screen and Council President Sortal said "I know her!" The meeting was then temporarily halted and started back a few minutes later.
