I am opposed to the proposed Maximum Millage Rate. I feel that with increased property values, the rolled back rate should be utilized. As well, an itemized list of what the 5 Fund Balances (Non Spendable, Restricted, Committed, Assigned and Unassigned) totaling $149,914,460 be made public as part of the budget process. The city is also increasing the ERU from $54 to $125. Overall this budget is an increase to the residents.
