Re: American Heritage Civic Engagement Club E-Bike effort. I support work to make cycling safer, of course. But we need to clarify what are and are not e-bikes. Even in their graphics, those are e-motos, which can go 40+mph with throttle only, like a motorcycle, unlike my e-bike, which can touch 20mph with me pedaling hard. Youth will do risky things; it's literally brain development. The issue here: unsafe places to ride and parents buying e-motos for their kids. That's where we need action.
