Sadly, I don't see an opportunity to add quality bike infrastructure, though smoothing out the sidewalks is a huge safety gain for walkers and cyclists. I know we agreed sharrows weren't ideal, but it might be ok for the small neighborhood streets. What this item really highlights is the high cost liability of roadways, even compared to what's needed for sidewalks. Roads are just extremely expensive to maintain, and likely aren't covered by the property taxes of the affected residents.
