    Please pull/continue Consent Agenda Item 8 (RFSP 045-25 – Employee Benefits Brokerage). Evaluation materials raise concerns the fee-scoring method applied did not match the RFSP’s stated fee factors and may have affected rankings. A short continuance would allow the City to confirm the evaluation record and ensure the award action is fully supported before approval/execution.
