    That would explain why there's been no fountain going in the lake. Yes, I strongly support having one installed quickly. However, is there potential to, within budgets, consider the ability for jets that can do more than just spray up in one formation? Since it already has multi-color LEDs, it can become a "centerpiece" and "perform" basic shows based on season, day, or events, attracting more residents to the park and excitement over a typically utilitarian feature.
