This waiver relates to a small parking reduction from the code and should be approved. 2 spaces per bed is high, and unlikely for *all* beds to be both occupied and visited by two vehicles. The small adjustment is fine. Attached materials also includes a traffic impact study, notably, on pages 14 & 15 to see how traffic modeling can imply unrealistic road needs. Broward east has gone down, yet models suggest it will go up (and don't account for any mode shifting). Please keep in mind. Thank you.
