This is a family neighborhood, not a business.

A high density, high rise development that would desecrate the character of old plantation and negatively impact the neighborhood's quality of life. Costly infrastructure changes could devastate water, sewer services. Keep current zoning to mitigate severe impacts to the community, traffic, emergency services, the environment and infrastructure. This area is not Midtown and should not be high density, deny LUPA.
