How refreshing it is to see the same traffic study show up at all these apartment proposals. Again, the dates of the study do not take into account the additional two apartment buildings already built (AMLI & Ellsworth) and approved (Crossroads). Reviewing each apartments own traffic analysis, 5,400 new daily trips have already been approved in that area. None of which are included in this study. Stop light at 13th Place? Traffic can't turn off Peters to south bound University now. Please stop.
