I am in full support of this residential project. It continues our effort of adding housing inventory to attract residents (and workers, families, and those who already enjoy our city, thus helping traffic, because they're already here!) while bringing down prices. Its current use is "barely used parking lot", so this is a huge improvement, and as far as community character...it's amongst other similar developments on a street with a growing housing stock.
