I understand the need for new computers, and the technical simplicity of doing it all at once. That's reasonable. What seems unreasonable here is charging nearly $115 per computer in shipping and handling. They're being sent all together, so unit cost should decrease. It would be cheaper to drive up to Atlanta and pack 20 computers at a time into a car, even including staying the night. I recognize the full bid is the lowest, but I'd question the shipping and handling cost.
