Allowing Habitat housing at ~16 units/acre is a good use of this land, and being affordable is a net good. That said, this is my normal bike route, so I'm highly familiar with it. 1) As stated in plan and observed after storms, it's a flood zone, so there's water to manage. 2) Cars shouldn't have access to Hiatus, because it's right against a giant intersection and acceleration lane of an effective highway. 3) To that, can we push for walk/bike safety improvements on Hiatus & Broward?
