15.) PP24-0005: Consideration of a request for final plat approval for Mazel Tov Estate. The property is located at 849 S. State Road 7 and zoned B-AC (Gateway - Artisan Commerce).

    This project is not well thought out as to overall redevelopment of the area. Redeveloping this parcel while leaving the Auto Dealership at 847 does NOT seem to be a holistic use of the land. As well, 3 stories which face north into 3 properties on SW 8 doesn't seem appropriate for our neighborhood. Our neighborhood still has not been updated as to stormwater drainage after the past storm events and were worried this project will add to the flooding concerns.
